At Holy Beauty, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience possible. Please review our shipping and returns policy below to ensure complete transparency and satisfaction with your purchase.

Shipping Policy

  • All orders require 1–3 business days for processing.

  • Once processed, orders will be shipped within 2–5 business days.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location within the 50 United States.

🚚 Shipping Issues

 

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by the shipping carrier

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

 

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local postal service directly.

Order Correction Policy

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice a mistake with your order, such as an incorrect shipping address or an error in the items selected, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

We will do our best to assist you with correcting the issue within that 24-hour window.

After 24 hours, we may be unable to make changes to your order, especially if it has already been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot reroute, modify, or cancel the package.

If a package is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if there is another order-related error that was not reported within 24 hours, the package must complete its delivery process or be returned to sender before any further action can be taken.

To avoid delays, additional shipping fees, or lost packages, please ensure that all shipping and order information is entered correctly at checkout.

Return Policy

For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on Cosmetic products

 

This protects the health and safety of all of our customers.

 

No refunds will be issued for opened, used, or customer-handled products.

 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Incorrect shade selection

• Change of mind

• Ordering the wrong product

 

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

 

 

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 3 days of delivery at:

Examples of damaged or defective items include:

• Your order arrives with lip gloss leaking or spilled during transit.

• Your lip gloss bottle or lip liner pencil arrives broken or damaged upon delivery.

• The lip gloss stopper becomes dislodged during shipping, causing product leakage.

 

When submitting your claim 👇🏽

 

Please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damaged/defective item

• Photos of the packaging

 

If approved, we will:

• Send a replacement item or

• Issue full refund, excluding shipping.

All damage claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this time frame may not be accepted.
