Holy Beauty’s lip liner formula is designed to deliver smooth glide, structure, and long wear through a blend of silicones, waxes, emollients, and antioxidants commonly used in professional cosmetic formulations.

Cyclopentasiloxane is a volatile silicone used to provide effortless glide and a lightweight feel during application. Isododecane acts as a fast-evaporating solvent that supports long wear and transfer resistance. Polybutene is included as a glossy adhesive emollient that helps pigments adhere evenly to the lips.

To build structure and payoff, the formula incorporates a combination of waxes. Synthetic Wax is a lab-made alternative to natural waxes, offering consistency and stability. Ceresin and Ozokerite, both mineral waxes, contribute firmness and shape retention, while Cera Microcristallina (Microcrystalline Wax) a highly refined cosmetic-grade petroleum wax enhances durability and texture.

For emollience and comfort, the formula includes Hydrogenated Cottonseed Oil, a stabilized plant oil that has been processed to remove naturally occurring cotton toxins, and Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, a skin-compatible plant oil known for its conditioning properties.

To help protect the oils in the formula from oxidation, Tocopherol (Vitamin E) and Ascorbyl Palmitate (a stable Vitamin C ester) are used as antioxidants.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local postal service directly.

Order Correction Policy

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice a mistake with your order, such as an incorrect shipping address or an error in the items selected, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

We will do our best to assist you with correcting the issue within that 24-hour window.

After 24 hours, we may be unable to make changes to your order, especially if it has already been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot reroute, modify, or cancel the package.

If a package is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if there is another order-related error that was not reported within 24 hours, the package must complete its delivery process or be returned to sender before any further action can be taken.

To avoid delays, additional shipping fees, or lost packages, please ensure that all shipping and order information is entered correctly at checkout.

For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on Cosmetic products

This protects the health and safety of all of our customers.

No refunds will be issued for opened, used, or customer-handled products.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 3 days of delivery at:

Examples of damaged or defective items include:

• Your order arrives with lip gloss leaking or spilled during transit.

• Your lip gloss bottle or lip liner pencil arrives broken or damaged upon delivery.

• The lip gloss stopper becomes dislodged during shipping, causing product leakage.

All damage claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.
